was founded in Surabaya – The
Capital City of East Java Province,
Indonesia in August 1999 which firstly named
CV. Total Nugraha Pratama. In its early years, Total
Transport dealt with export courier service (packages
and document.)
As
time goes by, in mid October 2005 our customers and
business partners entrusted us to handle personal
effect custom clearance process, distribute and delivery
Indonesian Workers / Labors (TKI)
package / personal effect from Taiwan,
Hong Kong and Singapore.
As
we frequently visit villages and remote areas, knock
the doors of villagers during delivering the goods,
packages & personal effects TKI, we meet and get
along well with them closely. So, on 23 July 2007, we
decided to make this service called “jowolugu”
(Ancient Javanese Language), a name that inspires and
encourages us to give our best and reliable service
with sincere heart to our TKI customers........jajah
